After 35+ years on the dance floor at clubs and festivals, I played vinyl as a hobby and private parties in early 2000's before selling my 100+ vinyl collection in 2008. My tastes varied from a 'raver' (whistles and all) in late 80’s to Detroit techno then trance in late 90's progressing into the groovier Chicago house sound from mid 2000's. In August 2021 (unable to go dancing in clubs during the 'virus' lockdown) I purchased a DDJ-400 and signed up to the Club Ready DJ School course, to learn the skills needed to DJ 'digitally'. Preferred genre is tech house but also don't mind a bit of old school classics, garage, DnB, techno, and occasional commercial dance tracks.
