grrlcrrsh (she/they) is a genre fluid vibrarian with an affinity for sassy, sexy soundscapes. Guided by a spirit of boundless optimism & playful experimentation, their sets skew from eclectic to electric - weaving together global rhythms, funky basslines, percussive breaks & poppy hooks for a sensually delightful sonic adventure. grrlcrrsh currently co-organizes the Happily Never Afters parties & is the resident DJ for Salem Burns Events - a kink-forward sex-positive rave series. She is also the resident mommy of Que'd Up - a Toronto-based collective that aims to provide emerging queer DJs with access to professional equipment & growth opportunities.

Since debuting in June 2022, grrlcrrsh has quickly established herself as one to watch out for in the Toronto rave scene. With the ability to effortlessly jump across genres, grrlcrrsh has attracted attention with their unpredictable, dramatic and high-energy sets - earning love from the local community & respect from seasoned pros and ravers alike. Since launching their DJ career, grrlcrrsh has booked 60+ shows in four countries including Toronto Pride, Inside Out Festival, She.They.DJ. & countless local haunts in the Toronto scene. They are currently the resident DJ for Salem Burns Events, a queer kink rave series. grrlcrrsh also founded Que'd Up in March 2023, a collective to support emerging queer DJs access professional equipment and growth opportunities. Since its inception, Que'd Up has hosted 27 open decks, 4 workshops & 8 showcases - creating 30+ paid opportunities for LGBTQ+ artists & a community of over 100 blossoming DJs.
